The apartment was nice, clean and modern.
It was quite sparse and echoey inside and probably not the most child friendly place with lots of things that could easily be broken (we have a two and five year old). I’d recommend taking plastic plates / beakers as the stuff provided seemed very breakable.
Check-in (at 2300) was easy and using the coordinates on Google took us right there. The reception is on the right as you drive down after the barrier, we didn’t have a problem finding it.
The pool areas were clean and spacious.
Absolutely nothing beyond basic utensils was provided in the kitchen - no washing up liquid, cloths/scourers, salt, pepper, oil etc. Not even oven gloves!
I’m not sure how the apartments are serviced, our bedding was changed once but the bins weren’t emptied and we had to get some bin bags and take it out ourselves. We also had to request toilet rolls as were only given two for our week long stay.
We really liked the apartment overall - aircon worked well, fairly new inside, what felt like a safe area with good underground parking. When we had to call the emergency number because there was no power and it seemed isolated to just us somebody came out quickly.
There is nothing within walking distance but several large supermarkets within a 10 minute drive so this wasn’t a problem.
Everyone was friendly and we were made to feel welcome.
