The Long Island is a 52’ x 14’ foot houseboat with three state rooms and two hideaway beds. It sleeps up to eight people and you will have all the amenities of a home ( except for dishwasher) available to you. WiFi is included. You will also have access to kayaks and paddle boards and one motorized boat/jet ski is allowed at private marina (please note there is a property fee -50.00-for overnight moorage). The house boat is not available for renters to take out on their own but we can take you on a 4 hour or longer cruise ( for and added fee -50.00- per hour and weather permitted) if interested. The boat also has a slide to enjoy too. Please note if you or family members or friends experience motion sickness while on the water, then this adventure may not be what you are looking for after all🙂

I would also like to point out that the Long Island is located at Riser Creek Marina which is a private marina with no signage. Therefore, all renters are to meet myself or designated person assisting me at Holiday Shores Marina and Resort (please refer to photo section for visual of meeting place). I must also stress that family and friends are not to park at Hope Marine Services Marina ( please refer to photo section for visual as to where not to park). I will reach out to you within 48 hours of your arrival via text with photos of locations as well as on the day of your arrival to ensure a smooth arrival😊
