Mr Davis, I am so sorry for the experience you had. Three room changes is not OK and we are very upset by the situation. We have disciplined the staff member responsible and she is no longer an employee at the hotel. I understand that you may never want to try staying with us again, but we really hope you give us another changed to provide you with a better experience.

Room with mountain view, for which we paid extra, turned out to be view of swimming pool.
Got a new room overlooking rte 25 interchange with the mountains in the distance.
Handed note on check in saying that housekeeping service was suspended. After we complained to Travelocity, housekeeping was arranged for alternate days,
On the fifth night, Friday, the Direct tv feed to the hotel apparently failed. On Saturday there was still no tv in room, and still no tv on Sunday night.
Overall the common areas were dirty and because of lack of housekeeping there were overflowing garbage bins in the common areas.
Finally, the promised email receipt for the stay never arrived.
The hotel presents itself as a BestWestern. But it isn't. It's an affiliate. Only resemblance to other Best Westerns we have stayed in is that in room toiletries are the same. Nothing else.

Hi Beatriz, We gave you the option to check out without penalty and you chose to stay. We accommodated your housekeeping request but we understood your impression of the hotel was already soured at that point. We were very accommodating to your needs and requests and we are sorry that it was not up to your standards. We are a SureStay collection by Best Western, we never advertise as Best Western plus. The TV issue was no fault of the hotel, it was direct tv and it was throughout the city. We thank you for staying with us and wish you safe travels.
