Very lovely hotel within 100 meters of the Caldera view. I stayed in Santorini about 10 years ago at a Caldera view hotel and I pad several hundred euros extra per night. Staying at Loizos you don't have the direct view but you are only 100 meters from it so save yourself some major cash to use on other things.
The staff are extremely pleasant. From the drive that picks you up, to the front desk staff, to the breakfast lady, to the room cleaners.....they all understand the meaning of "customer service" and they are all very nice.
The location is the best in my opinion. Close to caldera view, 5 minute walk to the local buses, and an easy stroll into any where you want to go in the little town of Fira.
The rooms are very nicely updated. I stayed in the Honeymoon suite which (to my surprise) looked exactly like the pictures. The Honeymoon suite also had a pretty large balcony with obstructed views of the caldera side of the water. Don't expect a great water view. Some of the other rooms have views of the other side of the water which are not that obstructed. I can't comment on the other rooms however I just wouldn't stay in the rooms by the pool. They are literally right in front of the pool, without a balcony.....just a place to sit.
The breakfast is really good for 10 euros....however be aware that they serve the SAME THING EVERYDAY! This is my only negative about the hotel. Otherwise it's fantastic and I would only stay here again if I come back to Santorini.

The staff at Loizos are very friendly and helpful...my family loved our stay there. Our room was very clean and the price was very reasonable for all the comfort and modern design...plus the breakfast buffet is a great deal and very delicious. The close proximity to the City Center makes the Loizos the perfect fit for anyone who wants a nice room at a great price! I would definitely stay there again!

Motel quality hotel
The staff were very nice. The bed was very uncomfortable and they squeezed in a third bed in the same small room which made us unable to turn. The wifi was terrible and it hardly worked in the room. The room facility was very simple and not in good condition. The balcony was dirty and basically you can not really use it. The breakfast was ok based on Greek standard.

Hermoso hotel. Personal amigable. Esta muy cerca de la estación de Bus lo que permite moverse por la isla sin problemas. Hay un supermercado a 2 cuadras.
