The whole stuff is great and extremely attentive. The view of the sunset from the hotel's restaurant is amazing and the food is great, as well.
When we got to our hotel Ms. Karantani made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. On arrival, she gave us a card for a 15 percent discount on our dinner at the hotel's restaurant. She was extremely helpful with every question we had, which were many, as this was our first trip to Santorini.
There is a free, delicious breakfast provided every morning. On our last night at the hotel, before departing back to Athens, she arranged transportation for us, because the ferry's departure time was extremely early. Although there were issues with the taxi that was supposed to pick us up, another taxi driver who works closely with the hotel went out of his way to fix the issue. Ms. Karantani emailed me immediately after finding out about the issue to assure that we had made it.
Lastly, because we were leaving early in the morning before the staff serves breakfast, Ms. Karantani made time during a really busy period to ensure that we had a meal packed for us before departing.
The friendliness and attention to detail make all of the difference. You have to keep in mind that it must be difficult for them to always be on top of things, as they are extremely busy. Apparently, they work 7 days a week for around 6 months because they are so busy during high season. Despite what must be an exhausting task, the staff remained friendly.
