4bedroom/3bath HOUSE ACROSS FROM BEACH/Private Pool -

All touch surfaces and floors are being cleaned with an EPA List N sanitizer. ALL sheets, comforters, blankets, towels, bathroom mats, floor mats, seat covers, mattress and waterproof pillowcase covers are being machine-washed in hot water between EACH stay. All of our living area furniture is leather which will be wiped down after each stay and any material surfaces will be sprayed with disinfectant. We are also providing all NEW toiletries (hand/body soap/shampoo/conditioner), tissue boxes, lotion, dish soap, sponge and salt/pepper - everything unopened and unused.

This is a designer 3 bedroom (3 king beds OR 2 kings and 2 twin beds) + separate private den with a luxurious single bed/3 bath charming cottage beach home. SLEEPS 7 PERSONS ONLY INCLUDING CHILDREN/BABIES- NO EXCEPTIONS. Gorgeous heated saltwater waterfall pool + cozy corner spa (we are one of the very few properties on Siesta that has a natural gas heater, so our pool is kept toasty warm in winter months so you can enjoy swimming day or night), parking (2 spaces). Sea Palm House has been remodeled to make you feel like you are in an island paradise. Our house is ideal for enjoying a beach getaway where you can walk everywhere - no car needed. Enjoy coffee by the pool or in your large screened in Florida Room/patio. Swim in our heated saltwater pool, walk across the street to the one of the most beautiful beaches in the the United States and then enjoy a leisurely stroll to great shops, cafes and restaurants. We also have a ping-pong and a small pool table. The private tropical setting is located right across the street from Beach Accesses #8 and #9 and three short blocks to shopping and restaurants in Siesta Key Village. The house is fully stocked with everything you need in order to enjoy a luxury vacation. Amazing beach house!
This home was amazing! Everything was clean. The home decor was cute and appropriate! There were ample amenities, such as towels, hand soap, quality toilet paper and paper towels, and dish soap, etc. The bed linens were clean, fresh, and soft. The mattresses were extremely comfortable. We had everything we needed to have a relaxing and fun vacation. Just a one block walk to the beach. We loved the mini pool table and racquetball table. We also loved the Roku TV! There was also a closet full of books for lazy beach reading! The host was very friendly and readily available in case we needed anything. I really believe this host put great thought into what a guest would need while on vacation and it was provided. I can’t say enough about our stay. We will definitely want to stay here again in the future!

Fabulous stay!
A wonderful house for a "girls trip" to celebrate our 60s! Owner is very responsive. House is nicely decorated with lots of amenities. Heated pool with spa jets perfect for cool January weather. Location can't be beat, 1 block from beach access, 4-5 blocks from Ocean Blvd with all the Siesta Key village restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this house!

Great Place for Siesta Key
The house is absolutely five stars. Cheryl is very responsive and the house is lovely. The heated pool is very private and all the bedrooms are very nice. The overall home is well designed, spacious and in a great location. It is a five minute walk to the beautiful beach and a ten minute walk into town. We will definitely stay there again as everyone gave the home a big thumbs up (and we have a very skeptical, critical family)

Perfect family vacation
We have stayed at many rentals. This one far exceeded my expectations and couldn’t have gone any more smoother for our family as we celebrated my parents 70th birthdays. My mother is often hard to please and she just couldn’t stop talking about how practical, clean, and nice the rental was. We had 2 kids, one just shy of 2 y.o. We were terrified of what we thought were wine glasses at the bottom of of portable wine counter top. It turned out to be all plastic. This place was not only beautifully decorated, but kid friendly. It was a chilly week, so the heated pool made up for it. My kids had a blast!

Wonderful Retreat
My friend group of five traveled from the West Coast and the Northeast to meet for four days in Sarasota. We were not disappointed with the property or location. Although not exactly right across from the beach access, the beach and the village were both walkable. The property was well appointed and well cared for. The owners were fabulous in their communications and responsiveness. We would be happy to return.
