The front office staff was great in helping me out after misplacing the room key. They were able to provide another so that I could go to my meeting destination with peace of mind that the room was locked and that I could get back in to it when I returned. The misplaced key was found by housekeeping. A great stay for the purposes of my trip.

From construction knowledge, at least the door and possibly the windows need better insulation - I determined that by how quickly the room loses heat (not an uncommon issue for inns/motels with exit doors that open to the exterior). In the long run, it would benefit the ownership, in that you will be saving money regarding energy efficiency. Thank you for your consideration.
