We stayed in the towers castle room and I can't help but think this would be a great room for ppl with children.

We really enjoyed the water park, as well as the restaurant. All staff were friendly and helpful. Some maintenance needs to be done to the room.

Property has been renovated and we stayed in one of their theme rooms but also saw one of the regular rooms while it was being cleaned and they’re all quite nice. The pool amenities are awesome.

The property, amenities and room were fine. Issue at checkin because I do not own a credit card. Thank god the manager on shift allowed me to do a $50 cash deposit (which they returned the next day as I had already paid for the room in full!) I almost had no where to stay 5 hours away from home with a toddler because I don’t have a credit card and visa debit isn’t not accepted for the $50 pre with that is returned at check out anyways regardless if you pay at check in or check out! Silly policy that should be changed for those who do not have credit cards! It should not have to be a struggle to stay in a hotel esp when someone pays for the room in full ahead of time! Had the manager not taken pity on us I would have been sleeping in a car with a toddler!
