Rooms smelled of old cigarettes. There is no elevator. Quite a bit of loiterers. Homeless guy changed clothes in the front parking lot. So much to say about this place...not much goo.d

The worst!!! Beware!!!

We check in late coming from Niagara Falls but the room was pre booked ... to our worst nightmare the room's aircon is not working! Just because we came late they gave our reservation to somebody else? ?? Gave us the unwanted room that should not be given to any customer in the middle of summer! Did not even contact us to inform about the situation. What other option can you find at midnight? Gave us electric fans to use! The manager does not even want to talk to me saying he's not on call to talk! How rude!!! Such a shame! We couldn't sleep and my 8 year old daughter got colds by morning because of the heat. The room is not even close to what they posted in the web. And the phone is not working to call the front desk.The worst hotel!!!

Had some maintenance issues. Hot tub was broken, cracked and broken windows in the pool area. Staff was nice and knew the area. Breakfast was good, but you need to get down there early before all is gone.

A Great Option for Toronto

I STAYED WITH MY WIFE & KIDS and WE HAD AN EXCELLENT STAY. THE STAFF ARE NICE and EXTREMELY HELPFUL. IT WAS VERY BUSY TIME and THE HOTEL WAS FULL BUT THE STAFF KEPT THE BREAKFAST ITEMS STOCKED. THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS GREAT. WHITIN A SHORT DRIVE THERE IS A LOTS OF RESTAURANTS and SCARBOROUGH TOWN CENTRE SHOPPING MALL. PRETTY CLEAN ROOM and COMFY BED / MICROWAVE & FRIDGE IN ROOM. INDOOR POOL WAS LARGE and THERE WAS A BUSINESS CENTRE WHICH HAD COMPUTER TO USE THE INTERNET. ALL OVER SERVICE OUTSTANDING ! * OTHER THAN THAT I WAS VERY IMPRESSED and WOULD STAY HERE ON OUR NEXT TRIP TO TORONTO AGAIN. * I WOULD VERY MUCH RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS or FAMILY AS A VERY NICE PLACE TO STAY.
