This was NOT a Quality Inn as presented on the Travelocity website. Photos were OLD and still showed the Quality Inn signage. After I arrived I learned that it had changed hands. This place is not up to Quality Inn standards and I canceled and stayed somewhere else.

Absolutely horrendous!! To start with, the front desk associate double-charged my credit card, even though I paid for the room on Travelocity. She then had the nerve to tell me that my card was declined. It was obvious that she had no idea what she was doing. The parking lot was so crowded that I needed to park behind the (much nicer looking) hotel that was located behind this one. Got to my room to find the toilet leaking all over the bathroom floor. Went back to the front desk, waited in line for 10 minutes, and requested a different room. That room had water leaking from the ceiling, next to the chair in the room. Add in lots of shady characters hanging out in the parking lot, and in the stairwells, and this place is not for the squeamish or faint of heart. Next time, I’ll sleep in my car.
