Staff is extremely rude and doesn’t follow corporate policy. I had to call corporate and have them insist on giving me my paid room

The staff refused a service animal even with proper paperwork. Then they wanted to see all the veterinarian records. Trash and debris were stacked outside against the building, big fire hazard. Ice machines and other vending machines not working.

I don't recommend this property it's dirty, nasty smells really bad weed no comforter in the bed the bed spread looks like a shower curtain no heat in the room the room is discussing never again i asked if i could have a refund back they said no i was there nor even one hour and i was supposed to stay over night

Yes. It is very dirty. Bed sheet have not been changed. Many hairs on the sheet. The room does not have a tissue box….

I’m sorry I usually don’t give feedback but this time I’m so disappointed and mad about everything about my night here. I rented 2 rooms for me and the family to rest the night and continue our trip to NJ in the morning “rested” but it was all the opposite I stay on the first floor and the people on the second floor was making so much noise and then around 2 o’clock in the morning they put music blasting my whole room this lasted until 4am I try calling the front desk but the phone wasn’t working. It was a terrible night. The hallway was super dirty my room smell like cigarettes even though I choose No Smoking. Also the price was high for the filthy and noisy place. Never Again I will stay here.

Very disgusting. Went there lastnight and the room was not cleaned. There was hair all over, no toilet paper, blood on the sheets. Asked them if they could clean it and they said no we have nobody. Asked for a refund and they only refunded partial payment.

Was clean but no lighting in room, fan in bathroom did not work, sink in bathroom made noise when using. Tub faucet dripped and toilet ran all night.
