nothing to tell, because full of angry.
I told the boy I had reserved a room for 1 night, but he told me my room without window, but I were very sure it didn't show "no window room" on the website, and I refused to live in that room and I said I would not stay with that condition. but they took the charges from my credit card and said they would not refund. what are you think you are? Robbery Hotel.
