Relax and enjoy your stay in our 2000 sq.ft. villa with private veranda, on our beautiful 68 acre estate, surrounded by 8,500 Avocado Trees. Walking paths, and panoramic views, tours available for hiking or 4X4 rides. With lovely fountians and lush gardens you will feel far away from the city, but are only a few minutes from many interesting activties. Enjoy a refreshing swim in the saltwater pool with the picturesque views of the valley below or unwind in the jacuzzi with a glass of wine, as you barbeque at the poolside. Spend time relaxing on your private veranda viewing a beautiful sunrise or sunset . No need to over pack, we have a fully equipped kitchen and laundry, or we are only minutes from shopping for items you may need.

Comfortable and great location
We loved staying at Linda's guest house. The house was very clean and beds and pillows are very comfortable. You should be aware though, that there is only one shower, that is only accessible through one of the bedrooms. There is a nice outdoor space, but since we were staying in November, we didn't use the pool. We really appreciated the fresh oranges and avocados we were allowed to pick. It' s a great location, quiet, but with easy access to major roads. We highly recommend this house.

Great Stay
This was a nice quiet weekend getaway - the property is beautiful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. We really enjoyed our stay, the views and the quietness of a weekend of downtime. Relaxing and swimming and we got a few visits from Tripp (the ranch dog) who was awesome. This property and pool are amazing and you won’t regret staying here if you want to get away and relax.

Beautiful avocado wonderland 🥑
Driving up to the property tucked amongst the hills surrounded by groves of hass avocados we were in awe. My family loves avocadoes and we had no idea there was such a large family operation a few hours from where we live. If you have bought California avocadoes before, chances are they came from here. One of the home owners was even kind enough to give us a few when we asked if they let us buy some on sight. The property was beautifully decorated and the overall layout was perfect. I was travelling from the bay area with my wife, toddler daughter and father in law. We loved the two master suites and easy access to the gardens and pool area. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook some decent meals and the hosts even supplied a well thought out welcome basket with snacks and drinks! We felt so welcome and the host was there in a few minutes when we accidentally locked ourselves out.

We love this spot!
This is the ultimate getaway for anyone! Linda is friendly and responsive. She welcomed us w/ a gift basket. So special! The grounds are simply marvelous. Not to mention the lovely interior The house has everything you need to cook, hang out and to relax. We slept like angels and swam like fish in the beautiful pool. The Codo Avocado Ranch is full of natural beauty and bliss. No matter the time of day, we enjoyed the grounds and being surrounded by avocado tress is unforgettable. The ranch dog is sweet and irresistible. Linda stopped by to say good bye before we left. I was in the bano and sad that I couldn't express my greatfulness for this retreat. Thank you for the avocados too. We can't wait to eat them up. It is our first stay away from home since 2/20 because of Covid-19. This retreat hit the spot! We can't wait to come back and enjoy this lovely spot. Cheers to this wonderful family to shar their lovely property!! Thanks again and see you next time!

Stunning
This guesthouse exceeded our expectations. The place is simply gorgeous. Loved hiking through the avocado trees, swimming in the pool and relaxing in the hot tub. The hosts were right there when we had a question, and otherwise we had complete privacy. Linda: Thank you for the wonderful welcome basket, the easy check-in and, of course, your amazing home. We will have cherished memories for years to come.
