When we got to this property which I had stayed at before and had a wonderful time, but it was a different name and was not owned by Hilton. Our rooms were not as I had requested and confirmed check-in took an hour and 15 minutes be at that it was 90° in the air conditioning in the check-in area did not work at all, we were hot tired and disgusted. I made this vacation just spend time with my son and daughter-in-law and wanted rooms next to each other on the first floor or somewhere close to the restaurants I am disabled and walking. Long distances is an issue for me so I end up being on the first floor , in a far building they end up on the third floor in the same building my room reeks of mold so bad that I don’t get any sleep the first night my husband Hass to take allergy medicine for it and we’re so tired the next day that we don’t do anything we end up changing Rooms the next room is closer to the main pool area which is loud so loud that during the day you can’t even sit around the pool because you can’t hear yourself think which is ridiculous nothing but rave music plays all day, long, thumping, thumping, thumping from 10 AM until 5 PM OK if you like that kind of thing then I fell on the second evening hurt my leg extremely bad well ended up in a wheelchair for the rest of the trip never once made it to the beach or in the ocean never once did I hear from management again until we checked out tried calling Travelocity. They said they were going to send me an email.

It was supposedly all inclusive but they charged between $110-160.00 to use the lounge chairs. The drinks was horrible. Any special dinner has to pay $150.00 no other all-inclusive had charged as much as this. On one occasion they gave me a supposedly good tequila but it was alcoholic water.
