2 Master Suites- (1) main floor and (2) lower level. Lower level suite has a separate galley kitchen and private entrance. 2 bedrooms on the third floor with shared full bath and 1 small bedroom with twin bunk beds in basement.
2 Full Back Decks. Eating area on top deck providing excellent lake view year round. Hardwood and tile floors throughout the home. Private and quite property with large open living area great for family gatherings or vacations. Fire pit located on top deck. All bedrooms have TVs. There is air hockey in the garage along with other game tables such as basketball.
The home does not have curtains as the house sits at an angle on the lake and was built to enjoy the beautiful Lake Cumberland view. Privacy has not been an issue in staying at the home for our past guests. Lee's Ford Marina is the nearest marina to the home and Burnside Marina is just a bit further in travel time. There is not a private boat dock at the home as the water level is 70-90 feet below the property depending on lake water level. Most private homes on Lake Cumberland do not have private docks. There is a very nice boat ramp with ample parking less than 3 miles from the house.
