Beautiful farm with complete leisure for children and adults. Come spend the weekend, the holiday, the day or a season in this beautiful place.

Located in the condominium Parque Residencial Quinta das Laranjeiras, at km 75 of Rodovia Castelo Branco, exactly between the cities of Itu and Sorocaba.

The farm has a house with 3 bedrooms (1 suite) to accommodate 15 people, large living room with TV and kitchen. And complete and integrated leisure area:

* Adult and children's pools with LED lighting, waterfall, hydro, shower, deck and solarium
* Cozy covered space with barbecue, pizza oven, wood oven, Skol fridge, freezer, TV, bathroom

* Parking for 10 cars

For rental of a daily rate, including events such as parties and get-togethers, the farm can accommodate up to 80 people. The rental of one night has a period of 12 hours, without overnight.

A chácara é agradável e o espaço da piscina e churrasqueira atendem muito bem. A casa de bonecas foi a atração para as crianças. A casa precisa de alguns ajustes mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. E os proprietários são uma simpatia! Passamos 3 dias deliciosos!

Nossa estadia não tinha como ter sido melhor! A Chácara é muito espaçosa, ainda mais linda do que nas fotos, tudo muito organizado e limpo, possui todos os utensílios de cozinha, churrasco. Sem falar nos anfitriões que são muito receptivos, simpáticos, nos prestaram todo o auxílio que precisamos e se mostraram a disposição para qualquer necessidade nossa. Recomendo com certeza!

Passamos bons dias, a casa é como no anúncio. A área externa da casa é grande, há uma boa área gramada na frente e uma area terrada nos fundos. Fizemos até fogueira. A casa fica numa área residencial mas nao é um condomínio fechado. Nos fundos tem um galinheiro e minhas filhas amaram poder pegar os pintinhos e comer ovinhos frescos. Os anfitriões são bem atenciosos e demos algumas sugestões para melhoria.

Chá de bonecas maravilhoso!
Fomos muito bem atendidos pelos donos do imóvel...Dona Geni e Seu Waldemar, e pelo filho deles Elder. A chácara tem tudo para realização de um evento pequeno, como no meu caso foi um chá de bonecas, niver da minha filha de 10 anos. A casinha de bonecas é a sensação da criançada...tudo muito bem cuidado e aceitável. Obrigada mais uma vez...Esperando voltar, até mais! Patrícia C.
