Lovely hotel In Sorrento. Very pretty. Beautiful view. Comfortable clean and staff were friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very nice. And convenient transportation to the town center.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel Prestige! Very cozy place on top of the hill; fantastic view of Sorrento. The staff was amazing, they really took care of us! Extremely helpful and caring. The shuttle to and from Sorrento to the hotel was always on time,and the drivers were very friendly. Breakfast and dinners were great. We'd definitely stay there again.

Remote hotel

Pros: Friendly staff, clean hotel, SITI bus will stop right in front of the hotel if you ask them.
Cons: location.....
Location: Sorrento is 15 minutes one way, Positano is 20 minutes the other way. Head to Positano.
I'm not sure why everyone raves about this hotel. The people were so friendly. the room was small for 3 people and dark but very clean. There is a shuttle to Sorrento - takes about 15 minutes. We were disappointed with Sorrento after coming from Positano but some people really like Sorrento. We ate dinner at the restaurant and it was OK. they don't give you a bill it is just added to the room so you don't see it until you checkout. The chocolate fondant was very good. It was a good restaurant but it just didn't have the charm that most of our other hotels had. The staff was so very helpful. We didn't like the train from Naples to Sorrento at all (seemed very sketchy) so we didn't use the return tickets and instead hired a car service to take us back to the Naples train station. That was a bit pricey but well worth it. The hotel staff arranged it for us.
