Made a trip to the car around 10:15, returning to the entrance my key card would not work, had to call the front desk to have someone let me back in. It appears that someone jumped the gun on deactivating my key cards before the 11:00 checkout time. The attendant was polite, and also unlocked the door to my room for me, so I could make final trip to the car.

The staff was friendly, my room was comfortable, and the breakfast options were surprisingly good. The property is a little dated but I stayed at a different hotel right across the street a few months age and the Clover is less expensive, has a better breakfast, and was overall a better deal. Will stay here again.
