Check in was ok, got a resort map but nothing else. Restaurant hours, wifi password would be helpful. Got room 144 which is basically a basement room. Resort is ocean front and beach is nice. Pool outside is also convenient, except no umbrellas. Maid arrived after 5pm.

Off season but staff was extremely friendly and helpful, hotel grounds were pristine, our room was great, breakfast at hotel was the best hotel breakfast ever, we'll definitely be back. Located mid Cape was perfect location checking out site's up and down the Cape. Bob and Kit

Great Location, Cute Resort on Nantucket Sound

Pros: Location, landscaping, friendly staff, cute bungalows, right on Nantucket Sound, free breakfast buffet.
Cons: Fix painted shut windows, loud fan in bathroom, smell in hallway, toilet flush issue, add queen bed and mirrors.
Location: Take the side roads (not 6) and see all of the cute towns along the way to Provincetown. Eat at Marshside.
Location was great; right on the beach with a friendly staff, free breakfast buffet, very nice landscaping, and cute bungalows. We were "upgraded" upon arrival from a standard room that we booked in one of the main buildings to an older 2nd floor bungalow efficiency with two bedrooms two twin beds and one double bed. There was no ocean view and not what you usually reserve for a milestone anniversary trip where you expect to sleep in the same bed! They said it was due to a bus tour arrival and we went along with the change thinking we were getting a better deal. It was nice to have extra room with a stocked kitchen. Some suggestions for making this room much better would be: find and remove the source of the musty smell in the stair landing; add a mirror to each bedroom; fix some of the windows that were painted shut (safety hazard?); fix the toilet flushing issue; fix the loud fan in the bathroom; I might try to stay here again but would not let them "upgrade" me next time! We didn't spend very much time in the room anyway as we were seeing the many historical sights on Cape Cod. Blue Water needs to make some needed improvements to 523 as this suite is falling short.

Great location, by the beach, close to the main towns. Staff is greatly nice and very helpful. The location has its own beach and several facilities that are great if you are with a group of friends or family. Will definitely go back!

It was right on the beach so that was great!

The hotel room is dingy and old and nothing impressive. The sink was outside the bathroom, toiletries were subpar and the sheets smelled. The staff was wonderful though and provides suggestions for dining and activities. There were beach lounge chairs on the deck overlooking the water. The beach was clean and the sand was soft. I would stay again but perhaps in a nicer room.

Great location, fair condition

Pros: Location, front desk staff
Cons: Bathroom needed ventilation and repair, pool area and entire bottom floor needed ventilation; hall stairs and hot tub needed to be cleaned
Location: Right on the beach; walking distance to one or two restaurants; driving distance to many days' worth of activities
This hotel is in a convenient, pretty area and right on the beach. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Our first room had an overpowering mildew smell, so we asked to be moved to another room. The room itself was clean but the hall stair carpets were never adequately vacuumed. Our shower enclosure needed repair. The exercise room and downstairs bar had a strong mildew smell. The indoor pool was a nice amenity but smelled of chemicals and needed ventilation. The hot tub water wasn't clean.
