The person who checked us in was rude. Asked for other person who wad with me id. Never had that done at any hotel.

There were crackheads running up and down the hall all night yelling. Told the front desk and security was alerted. Problem didn't get resolved. They continued to run up and down. The AC didn't work. The bedding was disgusting. Overall, worst hotel stay I've ever had.

The bedding was soiled and we had to ask for them to change it out. The entire room was not ready for a guest to be in. Need to insure that the cleaning staff is doing their job.
