Hampton Inn was very clean and safe feeling. Property was well maintained with plenty of restaurants and stores near by. Rooms were adequate size, beds were clean. My only complaint was the memory foam mattress and fluffy pillows made it hard to sleep. They were way too soft and gave no support. Their continental breakfast was awesome and consistently refilled throughout the morning. The staff was super friendly and welcoming. Pool and Whirlpool were clean. All in all, great hotel. I will definitely stay here again any time I am in the area.

Our beds were new 4 years ago and they ran soft form the moment we installed them. If the firmness of the bed is critical to you, there is another Hampton Inn just nine miles away. They are in Windsor, CT, down by the airport. While we would rather have you stay with us, they might be a better option in the area for a firmer bed as they have a different brand. We booked a room because we were told the hotel has a heated pool. The water was to cold, so i did not get to swim. Extremely disappointed!!

I had left my transponder for my fall alert behind. They found it and had it in the office when I picked it up this morning. This is a very safe place to stay when in Enfield, Ct. They have a very caring staff there.

Property has clean rooms, Pool and hot tub, large general area for gathering and eating. We were not pleased with the security or lack of, another car was vandalized costing thousands in damage and no cameras in the parking area to show who did this, and no support from staff to assist. Leaving us with a uneasy feeling of our vehicles safety on their property. So next time check crime rate of area before booking.

The police told us there was a professional thief ring that targeted catalytic converters In the parking lot of all hotels and car dealerships in the area. They have increased their patrol of our parking lot . We do have our staff walk the hallways and the parking lot throughout the night. Richard Austermann General Manager

My room was flooded the day before my stay, the carpet was soaked... They said because i got the room through travelocity they couldn't refund the room, I was stuck sleeping in a dank, damp room.

Thank you for staying at the Hampton Inn-Enfield, CT and for the 5 star review on Expedia. The Treat Shops in hotels are more for convenience and not to be a great price. We pay nearly the same price as at regular stores and we are required to build in a mark up to ensure we cover the costs. When I travel with my family we always stop at a CVS or grocery store nearby and get snacks and drinks. I hope this tip helps. Safe Travels- Richard Austermann General Manager
