It's an old property but it is in great shape! Rooms are very clean. We like it bc you can walk around to all the little shops and there is a trolley stop right on the property so we didn't have to drive at all during our stay. We got there at 4pm and check in took less than 5 min. We were able to buy trolley tickets at check in also.

The room was recently renovated and nicely upgraded but the bed was uncomfortable and “cheap”. The exterior of the place has potential but is in desperate need of a significant cleaning & upgrade. The breakfast was abysmal and for the price we paid for one night on NYE, it was definitely a horrible value.

Rates are typically higher in tourist cities, like St Augustine, over weekends and holidays, especially on 12/31. rates were way more on the Bayfront and at the Renaissance Hotel, where rates were found to be over 1000 before taxes. We hope that you have a wonderful weekend!!

We were supposed to stay 2 nights sightseeing in St. Augustine but we left after only one night. Why you ask, roaches, that’s why. Yup in our bathroom found on the second afternoon!!!! I was so disgusted that we told the front desk we are not staying another night and we want a refund. We were told since we booked through Travelocity, they CAN NOT issue a refund and that we need to go through Travelocity. We left and call Travelocity and they told us they do not issue refunds that refunds can only be go one by the hotel. Travelocity called the hotel and they refused a refund because we left in the late afternoon. I was so disappointed with this disgusting hotel. The food is almost not edible and no manger in site EVER. DO NOT STAY HERE, ITS DIRTY AND HORRIBLY MANAGED. VERY SAD AND DISAPPOINTING

photos on Travelocity looked wonderful, they were obviously very carefully orchestrated as the hotel was barely acceptable. Good shower, cold a/c but dirty and beat up

the room was in poor condition, scratched up furniture, marks on the walls, outside area was beat up, ice machine quit, I made this reservation based on a reasonable price & really nice photos on Travelocity. Obviously the photographer was talented....btw the staff was nice & the breakfast was limited in choice but very well prepared

The staff was amazing. We did have an issue with an unpleasant odor when we went into our room, but the staff quickly moved us to another room. Very satisfied.
