The paid breakfast was the worst at a hotel I've ever had.Hallways were very dirty. Room was nice. I was double charged for the room that I am now trying to get straightened out. This should be a $99.00 hotel , not a $200.00 one.

Hello Don, We're delighted to hear that you loved your room during your recent stay with us. Our hotel costs based on the area that we are based in, and we are priced much less than most of our competitors. St Augustine is a very high demand area with lots to see and do, if you book in a smaller city somewhere that is not a destination town, I am sure that you can find the pricing that you are looking for.

Hi Nick, Our bar is open Tuesday thru Saturday nights from 5pm-9pm, additionally it has stayed open later to accommodate our guests. We can't guarantee that this happens every night, but we do our best. Thanks for sharing your feedback.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The first hotel room I had was an upgrade to a suite and it was infested with roaches. The front desk offered me another room and free breakfast and adjustment to the bill. The second room was a lot cleaner, and there was no presence of roaches. Staff tried to make it right.

Breakfast not included. What kind of hotel these days charges $16 per person for microwaved sausage and eggs? Not worth it!

It was dirty, rusty, mildew and just nasty.. The staff were great and moved my room because the room to the smelled and was hot. On the second night it was the same issue with the second room. The hotel needs to be shut down and remodeled and cleaned.
