We had a nice clean and spacious room. I had the option of being top or bottom floor. I have children with me so I selected bottom. The reception was awesome. He even linked up with a room with a pull out so no one had to share. They keys are a little funny

We had a good night rest so quite place. Clean bedsheets and towels provided. Since it's under renovation the place don't look fancy from outside but the room we stayed looks nice and clean.

Myself and my family loved this hotel it was very clean n the staff were very friendly and helpful I would recommend this hotel to anyone that is wanting to go to stay in St Catharines.. I know that when we go back up there that’s where we will be staying...

No running hot water

I woke in the a little late and I turn the faucet on for a long period of time hoping to get hot water unfortunately no hot water. I called the front desk and I told the receptionist what is going he was very rude and unprofessional. He told no hot water someone will come fix it later and there is no way to help. I left that morning without a proper shower. Other staff members were nice though.
