Pictures are deceiving

We walked into numerous spiders and other bugs. The bathroom in the basement is not at all what the picture on the website shows. There is no shower door just a curtain where we also found mold. The pictures represents a new house but the actual house has been used and poorly maintained. Cracks in the ceiling, worn vanities from water damage, ceiling tiles in the basement falling, poorly painted banisters, smelled musty, the bedding looked like it had not been changed, just to name a few. Vrbo Customer Service and I tried to contact the host about the issues upon arrival but did not get a response until after our check out date.

Wonderful VRBO experience

This house was huge and so wonderful. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we could have hoped for. It was clean. The neighborhood was beautiful. A real gem of a place. My teenagers loved all the games. Highly recommend.

Great rental property with all the details!

This house was perfect for our weekend visit to St Louis. You can tell the owners have multiple rentals - they have thought of every detail like nightstands and lights on each side of every bed, extra blankets and pillows, any utensil you could think of in the kitchen, and plenty of space to stash your items! The teens loved the gaming space and there was room for everyone to spread out. Check in and out were a breeze and the owners were great with responding to questions immediately. I’d definitely rent from them again!

O Fallon Stay

We were in town for a wedding and had 9 family members staying in the house. The house was conveniently located near shopping(grocery, convenient stores and drug stores) and restaurants in a quiet neighborhood. There was plenty of space as well as common areas to gather.

Great for family

Had a quick trip to O'Fallon, this house was ideal to entertain my kids (ages 15 and 11). Beds are a little on the stiff side, was really uncomfortable for my whole family (subjective), master bath could use some hooks by the shower to hang towels otherwise there was no where to put your towel while in the shower. Missing some kitchen items such as pam and zip lock baggies, simple cleaning spray (again, subjective). The toilet seat in the master bath was loose, I tried contacting Matt to see if there was a tool I could use to tighten it and did not get any response, messaged again hours later and finally got a response. Overall house is in a great location, close to Walmart and lots of restaurants/fast food. Really liked the fact that we could use the garage, which is a big plus for me. Great games downstairs and loved having a washer and dryer.

Family Wedding Stay

The house was very clean and set in a cute little neighborhood cul-de-sac. The ammenties, the number of rooms, bathrooms, hanging out areas, and the backyard were more than adequate to house my out of town family of 11. I would definitely recommend the Blair house in O'Fallon especially if you have a large family get together.

Great stay for a big group!

We had 9 people at the house for a wedding. The house was very clean and well appointed. It’s hard to find a place that can comfortably accommodate a big group; Blair’s Massive House worked wonderfully for us! Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything you’d need. The living room couches and chair were also very comfortable! We would definitely stay again!

Blair’s massive house

The floors were not swept The downstairs bathroom needed to be gutted The shower door was ready to fall off the base of shower black… the trim was falling off I asked that everyone use bathrooms upstairs and on main floor They were clean We had to wash all the dishes… they were dirty So all your dishes are clean I will say there were some nice updates .. you could see where they we’re improving the house ( I do hope the bathroom downstairs is next on the list) They need more blankets and pillows for the roll out couch downstairs Average stay… only for a long weekend They also need more cooking items ( we cook in when we stay places)… big salad bowl… more frying pans… need cooking items and utensils

Family Trip
