Terrible everything. Don’t bring anything valuable or that you want to keep. There are no safes in room and CCTV is not for YOUR protection.

This building should have been condemned. It is dirty, unhygienic, nothing works - the staff don’t care and lie. Some very dodgy permanent tenants. There is nothing good to say - DO NOT STAY HERE!!

The rooms were disgustingly dirty and the staff “double booked” our room. When we returned from an evening out, our property had been stolen from our luggage that was left in the room.

Location is what you're paying for
Great location! Condition of hotel and the cleanliness is not ideal for 200$ a night. Staff was friendly and within walking distance to the arch. Pool was nice as well! We had the 16th floor but the windows were caked with dirt you couldn't enjoy the view.

The property was easy to find but the parking garage was a little sketchy! The room was very roomy and the temperature control was something we just weren't used to but made due.
