Checked into a dirty room. My wife was on the toilet before she noticed no toilet paper. Tried to call the front desk and the phone didn't work. They changed our room to one that was still being cleaned. As we watched the housekeeper go into a different room and come out with a bundle of linen for our room. We could tell she had just removed it from the other beds. We did not stay any longer and will never return. Our experience to St Louis was ruined.

I didn't like that there wasn't enough towels and the light by the bathroom went out the day i was checking out

It was the worst hotel Ive ever stayed in. The room was filthy, big noticeable stains on all the bedding, the bathroom was even worse. The fauct to the shower ran constant like a waterfall and could not be shut off and ran hot water only no cold water in the shower or sink just steaming hot and because the water never stopped it was runnin down the wall to the floor where it puddled we had to used the only 2 towels provided in the room to soak it up. All vending machines were out of order and their free breakfast was instant coffee and sugar packets. Never again would i stay in this hotell nor would i recommend anyone to stay there. Oh and did i mention it is licated next door to a Infectious disease center. Stay at your own risk.

The overall room was nice. However the bathroom had not been cleaned, there were cow webs at every corner. The toilet had stuff running down it’s sides.

The room smelled bad, we found stains and hairs on our bed and the shower was full of mold and hair.
