Had to check out of our rental in Orlando at 10am. Called ahead to see if we could check in early at 1pm (1.5 hr drive plus stop for lunch). Lady at desk scoffed and said "you can if the room is ready when you get here. Right now it's not". We did our travel and lunch and tried to check in around 1pm. Got an eye roll from the same lady. She said, "we had 100 people check out this morning and its taking a while to get rooms ready. Your room is not done. You'll have to come back after 3pm". So, we just drove around clearwater. Saw the Bay and Gulf. Whatever...

We are so sorry Andrew, we would have definitely been more than happy to honor an early check in if we had a room available. This request is based on availability upon arrival and unfortunately our occupancy from the weekend didn't allow this to happen do to a large youth ball team. We do hope that you do come back to better serve you in the future.
