Horrible. The place was closed and i was not notified. We arrived to find nobody insight. We asked a friendly neighbor nearby for help and she gave us a ride to the nearest rail station. This was a bad experience.

Couldn't reach the hotel to arrange a shuttle ... had to take a taxi. Got there only to discover that the Brooks is OUT OF BUSINESS!!!

Great hotel
We arrived in Stockholm late in the evening and were pleasantly surprised at how caring the staff member Oliver was. He was friendly and ensured that we were taken good care of. The late evening meal was excellent. Oliver made sure to arrange an early breakfast plate was made up for us as we would be missing the regular breakfast. At 10 min from the airport this hotel is a hidden gem waiting to be discovered

Nice room, close to Arlanda airport
Usually stay the Radisson Blu at Arlanda. Tried Brooks Hotel for the first time. Only 10 min from airport, and competitively priced, this hotel had large comfortable rooms, good staff, and a nice breakfast. Primarily a conference hotel however we found it very comfortable and accommodating.

Beautiful and Comfortable Hotel
I arrived late at night and the counter is closed. I called the telephone listed on the door and Liz, who answered the phone assisted me through the process of getting a room with no hassle. I have a good night rest after that.

Not a 4 star hotel
This hotel is very overrated. We booked a superior room - a very small room. The bed was against the wall and my wife couldn't get into bed without climbing over myself no tables next to the bed. Curtains were coming off the hooks, shower had no shower curtain around it. Had dinner and it took 35 minutes for the meal to be served. Breakfast was not good either as the buffet had not been replenished no bread or milk and no staff around to help. The male attendant on arrival was very good in bringing our suitcases in up two flights of stairs even though we were on the ground floor. On leaving no staff around to help taking same suitcases down the stairs. Location of hotel not far from airport if you know how to find hotel as only a small signpost from the main road even GPS couldn't find it had to ask someone for directions. Wifi was good.
