To ski or not to ski. That is the question at this cozy Ketchum vacation rental! Lifts are only a minute away but there's plenty to do that's not ski-centric, too. The community amenities include a year-round pool (with expanded hours in the summer), and with a queen-size bed in the loft, up to two guests sleep in comfort! While the word studio can conjure up images of small spaces, this condo feels bigger than most thanks to its unique spiral staircases, which wind their way up from the living area to the sleeping loft and down to the ground level. But be aware - it's not for anyone with bad knees or balance issues, however, as the staircases are very narrow! Enter the living area and you will spy many wonderful furnishings. A sliding glass door leads onto a convenient balcony, complete with a gas grill. A wood stove completes the interior. A cozy kitchen, while limited in counter space, makes up for it in decor. Wooden cupboards envelop a small fridge and electric range. A two-seat dinette set completes the comfy ambiance. The condo community has a shared laundry facility.

This two-story studio condo is just one minute from the Challenger and Greyhawk lifts on Bald Mountain and The Bald Mountain Inn. Downtown Sun Valley and Ketchum are mere minutes away by car. With its natural splendor, Ketchum is an outdoor lover's paradise. Skiers flock here in the winter for the wealth of powder options. With so many choices, from high-end resorts to smaller slopes, it's a ski and snowboarding mecca for a reason. Yet, there's so much else to do as well. Try your hand at horseback riding or hiking in the summer. Or head to one of the homey eateries in town. The customer is treated like a member of the family here.

*International Village Landscape and repaving project starts next Monday, July 19th. The project will take about two months to finish, all cars must be out of the loft by 8 AM. Cars can be parked in the lot after 6 PM daily. You may park your cars on the street during construction, we also suggest parking in the Grey Hawk lot up the street.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
