I love the ambience and the quirky decor. The lobby is beautiful along with the bar and restaurant. The staff are so friendly and professional. I love the free laundry and the candy bar. The bed was very comfortable along with quality linens. The carpets in the rooms could be cleaner. Love the bathroom.

The lobby is very nice and the whole building has an interesting history. The loft room was an interesting concept. However, the room had a few problems: the main table was dirty with some ash and sticky residue on it, one of the light bulbs was burned out, the toilet was half-clogged, the air conditioning was struggling on a very warm (but not even hot) day, and there was a cockroach in the bathroom! The compounding disappointment was that I reported those things to the reception in the morning, and nothing has been done nor was anything followed up on in any way. I understand that some of those things I reported could not have been fixed in a day, but at least some should’ve been acted upon.
