I specifically booked this hotel due to the indoor pool. Since the hotel is doing renovations, the pool is closed. They are also doing renovations on the 3rd floor. We were on the 2nd floor. Try to get a room on the 1st floor. Overall, it's a nice property.

Not sure when you stayed with us but we have not been renovating on 3rd floor since April. We have already completed 1st 2nd and 3rd floor. Pool has been open for a while now too. I do hope you come again once it is all completed.

BAD:We had a 3 nite stay with NO maid service. Nothing was replenished (towels, toilet paper, coffee, etc). GOOD:Staff was friendly, good breakfast service, and facilities were clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Very clean, great continental breakfast and great rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Was a great place to stay, very clean and staff was friendly. Sketchy situation next door not sure what it was but other than that all was great and price was worth it!
