Only for the Summer
The Hotel Vittorio is an acceptable hotel in a location that should only be visited if you go in the summer and want to stay on the beach. I though I would find a nice small fishing village with waterfron restaurants and picturesque views. That was not the case. This is a working fishing town and the only restaurants were along the main road well away from the water. If you stay at the Hotel Vittorio in the summer months, make sure you get a room away from the water - don't ask for a water view. that side of the hotel faces a nice plaza with several bars - and noise nearly all the night. Opt for the other side of the building with access to a large balcony that also provides a more distant but acceptable view of the water.

Ottima posizione tuttavia trattasi di struttura piuttosto datata. Cordiali e gentili unicamente i receptionist e la sig.ra delle pulizie in camera . Scarsa cortesia il restante personale compresi i titolari.

Lokalt på den gode måde
Rart hotel, behagelige ansatte yderst hjælpsomme, ligger under 50m fra stranden. området benyttes meget af de lokale og derfor render man heller ikke ind i tusinde turister. der er et par barer i området med god stemning. hotellet levede op till alle forventninger, gode senge og udmærket morgenmad og vi havde havudsigt.

Hotel Vittorio a Porto Palo di Capo Passero
L'albergo ha gestione prevalentemente stagionale estiva ed è quindi "sotto tono" fuori stagione. E' posizionato al termine dell'agglomerato, quasi di fronte alla spiaggia (estiva! perchè venti e correnti stagionali la ripristinano mentre i venti e le correnti invernali la erodono) ed a confine con una piazzetta attrezzata dove, d'estate, si svolgono continuamente eventi spettacoli d'intrattenimento e musicali! Qualche problema con l'acqua calda non sufficientemente tale.

Hotel Vittorio - Un occasione mancata
L'Hotel è al centro di una zona geografica bellissima, piena di attrattive naturalistiche che vale sicuramente la pena visitare, circondata da un mare magnifico. Tutto questo contrasta con il forte squallore della struttura e del personale che la gestisce, non che ci sia stata una mancanza specifica rispetto a quanto promesso, ma, ripeto, lo squallore della struttura, delle camere etc... è veramente deprimente. Di conseguenza poi il prezzo pagato ci sembra estremamente eccessivo.
