I’m guessing a renovation is about to begin?? Everything shut down for food. Understaffed and run down. Location was key.

Staff was still cleaning rooms at 9pm. I was 9th in line with only one person working the front desk. There was 10 people online after me. Customers were put on a wait list. Many of us stood in line for an hour to check in. The front desk didn’t know what rooms were clean. The front desk was blaming the third party apps suggesting arriving customers were going to be turned away. My room was fine once checked in. Total disfunction……..

We went to check in yesterday before our concert. We were there at 4pm. At that time there was a line of 50 people. This was just the line to get on a WAITING list to get checked in because they didn’t have any rooms ready (on a concert day). By 7 pm (3 hours later) they only had about 10 people checked in and we had to leave to make our concert. We didn’t get checked in until 11 pm! We had to leave the concert early to get in line again to check in. We had plans before the concert that had to cancel and didn’t have a place for our bags. They only had one lady at the counter trying to handle this situation. They didn’t offer any compensation. They said we could park in lot c without a permit since they couldn’t check people in but it was full. The rooms were subpar and the beds where horrible. The only thing nice was it was in stumbling distance of the Tacoma dome. I gave it a one star for the nice bar tender who made me a heck of a strong drink. I’ve already contacted Travelocity about this and get tried to contact them with no reply.

This property is listed as having a hotel and pool, it does not. The elevators and hotel hallways were filled with weed and cigarette smoke. My room was changed after smelling of smoke and having cigarette burns on the bed. My original two bed reservation which was more expensive was not honored and i was not refunded. The room was dirty, with urine in the bathroom, a clogged toilet, and a hole in the shower. Again, the smoke was so strong in the hallway it permeated the room. The bedside table outlet didnt work and the wall lights wouldnt turn on. Breakfast was decent and the restaurant cook friendly, but dissapointing we werent told ahead of time that the bar was closed and restaurant only open for room service.
