The size of the refrigerator was very nice! We had a sink that wouldn't drain, and very strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room when we walked in. People in parking lot were a little sketchy! And no coffee maker🙄

I really liked the fact there's full sized fridges and small kitchenettes in all of the rooms. But I didn't like the fact that they didn't better monitor the homeless, including the violent and destructive people who would sneak in/be let in one of the doors, with the intention of stealing from the rooms.
Then there was the entire management and most of the housekeeping staff who were going into rooms and would go through your stuff and take what they wanted, but when they were caught or confronted they claimed to be conducting security checks.
The other extremely frustrating issue is their supposed FREE WiFi, the fact that you've got to call tech support which is in India is a HUGE time consuming ordeal that you've got to repeat daily. There was no getting around it because they had some sort of signal blockers in the rooms so you couldn't even use your phones,laptops or anything else that requires the internet. It got to the point that many of the guests we'd all just go sit in our vehicles for hrs on end just to be able to make and or receive phone calls. The laundry facilities were CONSTANTLY busted and if you were unfortunate enough to have to use the machines there, they ruined your items you were laundering and of course the management didn't care or offer any assistance.
By the time I left there, this location has to have an actual on duty police officer on site 24-7, my room was broken into 17 different times in the amount of time I was staying there.

Staff very friendly and helpful but the building was dirty outside and inside the beds were clean and comfortable but the floor was very dirty

As a business traveler I have spent thousands of nights in hotels and can honestly say that my stay at this hotel was easily one of the worst five experiences I have ever had. This list of issues is too long to cover but covers the full range of too noisy, felt unsafe, lack of any kitchen items in the alleged kitchen, dirty shower, malfunctioning furniture, and size of room. I would never consider staying at this hotel again.
