We needed a room close to Moffit Surgery Center that was affordable. We have stayed at La Quinta Inns before and they were nice. That's why we chose them again.

Property APPEARED to have welfare residents living in the hotel........I hope that I am incorrect.. Staff very nice, eggs for breakfast ran out at 9AM, were told no more being made, King Size mattress was completely worn out, no support, ........would have to think twice before booking again with La Quinta again.

The staff were attentive and very friendly and the breakfast was great however, the room left much to be desired. The carpet was filthy and sticky, there was hair in the bathtub, the couch had more stains on it than I could count… it was not suitable for sitting on at all. It appeared that the third floor (where we were staying) had been forgotten. It wasn’t our worst hotel experience but for the price we paid, I’d expect a full renovation before we’d stay there again.

Check in was fast and efficient. The property on the other hand, needs a lot of help. Carpeting in the hallways and in the room was stained and very worn. Room decor is from the 70’s. Breakfast options were waffles or waffles. Certainly not up to Wyndham standards.

From day one of my arrival I was treated like I was treated like royalty and it showed and the staff actions and purpose that they were customer service oriented the front desk receptionists Mrs Kitty was a awesome lady who went above and beyond to assure I was coming and a friendly atmosphere I would recommend this establishment to anybody everybody from the front desk staff down to the housekeepers were nothing but kind friend and helpful this is a group of awesome individual well done kudos.

The staff all the way down to housekeepers were very helpful attentive and helpful from day 1 of ✅ in my experience was nothing but pleasurable Mrs.kitty the front desk receptionist went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable she and staff were definitely about customer satisfaction I would recommend to anyone..
