I regret to learn that you encountered a disturbance during your stay. We do request that noisy guests quiet down in the evening hours to allow other guests to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep, so we regret that this was not resolved for you right away. I want to assure you that your comments are being taken seriously, passed on to our staff, and addressed in order to improve the guest experience. Room was run down. Building needed a coat of paint. There were towels laying on the ground outside the rooms. I requested additional pillows (they provided 3 small pillows for our King Size Bed) when I asked for some more they promised to drop by some later because they didn't have anymore at the time. They never did. They really need noise abatement (A wall?) from the highway. They took a $60 deposit in addition to the room rate. I hope they keep their work about returning the $60 to my card within two days.
