Everything was good. Only suggestion was to have the outdoor furniture cleaned - could not sit on cushioned chairs. Other ones could have been washed since they were dusty.

Great size of home for our family gathering. Lots of space in the kitchen and throughout the home. Had space to be together or get your own space. Nice that it had 3 full bathrooms. Grandparents & Parents, didn't have to share with the kids.

The pictures looked very good. However upon arrival, the cleanliness was an issue. The blinds in the master bath by the shower were missing, and the master bath shower never got very hot. There were several stains found on the bedding and ants in one of the bedrooms. The lawn was unkept as well. There was also a sewer smell in the kitchen every morning until we would light a candle and open the windows. The manager was very responsive to my issues, but there were just too many. This property has potential if they work out all the issues. I would not stay here again. We were all very excited about this property, but upon arrival we were disappointed.

Brandon Visit

The house was nice and located in a great area to get around. It is located on a dead end street. Overall we enjoyed our stay except that there was not a hot tub that could be used. We specifically rented this house for the hot tub. The hot tub was partly deflated and not working. I was not given any notice of this. In addition the washing machine was not functioning properly. Both were communicated to the property manager the day we checked in. Nothing was done during our stay. There is also a peculiar smell in the kitchen. The smell was strong at times by the sink. In summary, the listing should be identical to checking in. A little disappointed about the hot tub and washing machine, but had a great visit and beautiful weather.

Perfect location

The house is located in a very quiet neighborhood. The pool was enjoyed by the kids.The hot tub was affected by the hurricane so we weren't able to use it. The house is large and had a nice game room in the garage area. Beds are very comfortable.

Home Away From Home

The home is spacious and appears to have new furniture. Nice linens. Very clean on arrival. Loved having a pool. This home is new to the VRBO family. Owner needs a little grace while they work on aesthetics of the exterior and landscaping. If the property owner continues to fix things, this home will be a real gem.
