Come enjoy your stay at my renovated townhouse located in The Village At Camelback.This house is a SKI-ON/SKI-OFF unit which allows access to the slopes within a 5 minute walk from the house to PA most adventure filled mountain CAMELBACK!!!

My Townhouse has Wi-Fi and 4 Air conditioner units, one in the living room, one in each downstairs bedrooms and one in the loft. Come sit and relax in the living room and watch a movie on the 55" smart Tv where you can stream your favorite movie apps.Enjoy a friendly game of fooseball which is located in the living room.

The Kitchen has everything you would need to prepare a basic meal, pots and pans, utensils, dishes, bowls and cups. There is also a 12 cup coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer, dishwasher and microwave provided.There are wine glasses, beer mugs and cocktail glasses also provided.

The house has 3 bedrooms

Bedroom #1 - is located upstairs and has a Queen size bed, 40" Smart Tv so you can stream your movie apps and a Full Bathroom.

Bedroom #2 - has a Queen size bed, 32" Tv and a wireless Blu-ray Player so you can stream your movie apps

Bedroom #3: has a Queen size bed and Full over Full Bunkbeds and a 40" Tv hooked up to a wireless Blu-ray player so you can stream your movie apps.

A plush Queen size Air mattress is provided for the 9th and 10th guest.

Towels, Linens and Pillows are provided.Please bring pool towels.

Bathrooms

There is a full bathroom located on the ground floor where the 2 bedrooms are and a Full bathroom located in the upstairs bedroom.

Washer and dryer are provided but you will need to provide your own laundry detergent

The back deck has a propane BBQ grill and table and chairs.There are 2 propane tanks provided but might need to be refilled so please check before you start grilling. Enjoy watching deer and turkeys roam the woods from the back deck.

Parking for this unit is located right in front of the house ( CLUSTER #2 ) No driving is required to Camelbeach Waterpark, Ski Slopes or the Clubhouse.This house is in the perfect location for everyone to enjoy.

The Village at Camelback Clubhouse is a 5 minute walk from my house.The Clubhouse has 2 indoor tennis courts, ping pong,fooseball,fitness room and a basketball hoop.There is also 2 outdoors tennis courts located next to the clubhouse.The sauna and jacuzzi is located in the glass enclosed pool house and are operational during the pool schedule.Sport equipment are provided by the association.

Location was key. Host was great.
So close to the ski on/off - location everything. It made our mornings and lunch breaks easy. Joe was a great host - proactive communication and responsive to questions to ensure a great stay. We would have liked the trash situation to be more convenient but if that was our only issue, I’d say our stay was a success.

Family week in the Poconos
This property was in the perfect location to all kinds of activities. We were a group of 8. There are quite a bit of stairs to get to the house from the parking lot and also inside the unit, there is no bathroom on the main level, so there were stairs involved everytime someone had to use the bathroom. The kitchen was pretty well equipped to make meals for a group. Need more silverware and bowls. Plenty of plates and glasses. Outside deck area was nice. Check in and check out were easy. Indoor pool and clubhouse area was fun. Overall a nice place to stay in the Poconos.

The village
The condo was great! Had everything we needed. Plenty of space. Close to camelback beach resorts. Close to the outlets. Beds comfy! Down falls: The ac units took us a min to figure out but once you do they are nice and work well. The pans are no good! The unit is Pet friendly which was great but I had no idea there was no yard at all. To get to the unit you had to go down all these stairs. So we had to walk up and down every time we had to take the dog out and there wasn’t really a yard anywhere. Hills, rocks, trees and a small amount of grass. Also, I had no idea where to park. Out of the unit owners control: The neighbors were awful! Kids running up and down the steps & banging on the walls. (You can hear everything) Dogs barking all day & night. Multiple units feeding strays so cat food every where and my dog kept trying to eat it. Pool has weird hours - only open until 4:30 pm during the week. Overall the actual condo it’s self is great! I would def stay there again just a different unit (maybe a top unit)

Great trip
It is very dog friendly. Close to the resort and clubhouse. Plenty to do close by. If you go in the summer, Camelbeach is a lot of fun. Joe was very friendly and quick to respond to our questions. There are steps to the condo, and steps to either bathroom for anyone not easily able to maneuver steps. We enjoyed our stay and would rebook with Joe.
