The "Deluxe" room has incredible views! The staff was quick to help us when we'd an issue with our first room (which wasn't what we had expected) and a night later easily put us into the right one the next day.

Located next to the beach of bat yam.Free parking.Friendly staff.Spacious rooms. Needs renovation.The swimming pool area has an amazing view but it’s often overcrowded.The hotel in general is pleasant but it needs renovation.The room doesn’t have hairdresser.The breakfast has many options and it’s quite tasty.

Friendliest staff, greaat location!!

Pros: I came from the US and Leonardo Suite felt like home. Definitely the greatest!
Cons: Breakfast could offer a few more choices.
Location: Beaaach, clubs, great restaurants!
This hotel has everything: the beach, gym and outdoor pool. Gal, the general manager, and all the staff are so helpful and friendly. Recommend to everyone! 5 stars!

No functioning a/c for four nights.

As the title indicates the hotel never got the a/c working while we were there. They offered a free lunch (lol) to make up for it or a credit for a future stay. Eventually they agreed to credit back one night. I feel that two nights would have been the right compensation. The room was an upgraded suite that should not have had an issue like this.

Unprecedented breakfast

This is a great place near the beach in Bat Yam. Very convenient location near lots of infrastructure. This place has an inside spa and an outside free to use gym. There are restaurants almost in house for lunch & dinner. They are ok. I have never seen a more impressive breakfast. Very healthy and well presented. Personnel are nice and the manager was very service minded. I'll be back for sure. Highly recommended.
