Hope Harbor is a smoke free Christian vacation resort of total 85 acres in Good Hope area Between Perris, Lake Elsinore & Corona.
You can enjoy the Mountains View, city lights and the quietness of the nature with the privacy of your stay as a minimum small group of 20 people up to 190 guests in up to 50 bedrooms with its bathrooms of different sizes.
There is a charge of $50/night each guest/night after the first15.
Also for more than 15, we will need to have a liability waiver signed by each adult or guardian.
The whole site is 85 acres in a resort style and has 4 separate houses:
1-Hope Haven
15000 sq the referred listed house.
2-Hope House:
4600 sq f of 8 bed rooms and 6 bathrooms, with 3 lobbies, 2 kitchens, dinning, meeting and game areas in a different listing.
3- guest house; a small private house of two bedrooms, one both and lobby with kitchenette in a different listing.
4- hope hostel:
15000 sq f in a different listing. .

BEFORE CHECKING BY AT LEAST ONE WEEK. THE CONTACT GUEST WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THE NAMES, EXPLAIN THE PURPOSE OF THE STAY AND THEIR RELATION TO EACH OTHER.
In case of multi family unrelated, the house may be shared with the staff to manage the common area as the kitchen, the lobby and the meeting areas.
Absolutely no parties inside the house if not One BLOOD RELATED FAMILY.
An extra charge of $500 will be charged for the one family related party or event and $700 if not paid in advance and $900 if was not declared.
Party or event will be defined by extra cars visiting and music.
Any noises or music need to cut down by 10 pm at week working days or 11 pm at weekend.

Absolutely NO SMOKING allowed inside the house and we take that very Seriously.
Please follow the posted pool rules, absolutely no drinks or glasses by the pool area, no pool after 10 pm in summer.
Charges for extra cars parking and visitors applied on top of the event or party charge.
Rooms in each house have been rated according to the number of inside beds to be occupied, as an example, small groups up to 30 will be limited to 6 bedrooms max, a group up to 50 people will be limited to 10 bedrooms. So please keep in mind the number of rooms are affected by how many beds in each room.
Again, please notice there will be a charge of $50 per each guest more than 15 per night ( minimum two nights) or $200 per each extra room per night ( minimum two nights) in case guests asked for extra rooms with max 5 beds.
Extra rooms need to be requested and paid in advance dsubjecting to the same cancellation rules.
Any used bed will be counted.For a group of more than 15, a separate waiver of liability will be signed. NO EXCEPTION.
Also there is a charge of $20 for each visitor as a day use till 10:00 pm and staying after will be considered as a slee
For the booking policy, after the confirmed booking, the cancellation policy will apply and adding ((in less than a week from the checkin date)) more guests to visit will be $25 each instead of $20 and adding more guests to sleep will be $60/night instead of $50.
Gate will not be opened after 10 pm unless $50/hour will be charged if the gate keeper will be hired to manage the gate after.
We do encourage carpool for big groups as there will be a charge of $15 extra for each parking car more than 3 guests per car for the stay.
We charge $5 each person for a late check out or early check in up to 4 hours.

please bring your own personal stuff including your towels, and blanket as there will be a charge of $5 for each two towel set and $20 for each blanket and bed sheets.

As a private site, the main gate is opened on the scheduled arriving time otherwise, please hunk two short times or call the manager Ihab or Med at (714) 337-0747‬ to arrange your arrival.
For security:
1-We will need the list names list of all the people in your group
2-The gatekeeper will not allow anyone in unless their name is on the list provided
3- IDs will be checked for security, the gate keeper will need to get a copy of the driver driving license of each driving in car and will take the license plate number.
4- Also please note the site is monitored by surveillance cameras.

5- We have dogs on site and upon the guest request we put them in their shelter however for safety we release them after 10 pm till 10 Am.

With the nice landscape, patios, and gazebo, you can enjoy the nature view, and the privacy for a small or a big group.
Also there is a big tent 40’ by 80’ with a reception area can take a wedding parties for extra $4000 including using the reception, kitchen and rest rooms.
There is $1500 security deposit is a must and to be collected after booking and before checking in through VRBO as money request after booking against extra services, loss or damages. Totally refunded within 3 days if no extra services, damages or losses.
10% county taxes on accommodations fees and cleaning will be collected upon booking.

For discounted long term of 4 weeks or more electricity and propane to be paid by the guests.

Summary of Notes:

1-We encourage contacting the host or the manager of the site sometime before the actual check in to get the Liability clearance and make sure the place will meet the guests expectations.
2-There is $1500 security deposit is a must and to be collected after booking and before the check in through as money request which is totally refunded within two weeks max if no extra services, damages or losses, for discounted long term of 4 weeks or more electricity to be paid by the guests.
3-there will be a charge of $5 extra per each guest for every 4 hours early check in or late check out, or for the day use.
4- absolutely NO SMOKING inside the house and we take that seriously.
5- no spool after day time or at night, max 10 pm in summer. Please follow the posted pool rules. Absolutely no drinks or glasses around.
6- As an option the spa can be served with a fresh hot water each time for extra charge of $75 each use.
7- the slip and slide can be set as an option on your own risk signing the special waiver of liability
8-please bring your own personal stuff including your towels, and blanket as there will be a charge of $3 for each and $5 for each blanket.
9-linens will be supplied in a wrapping package for you to spread, please let us know if you want them to be spreaded. Extra charge may be applied for groups more than 15.
10- we supply the papers and 5 gal water for the first set up, any more consuming will be an option for cost plus 30%.
11- In summer the cooling thermostat will be set between 74 to 77 if outside more than 100 f with fan circulate and in winter the heating thermostat will be set between 65 to 70.
12-for guest visitors, it will be a charge of 20 each for day use, and any used bed will be considered as a sleeping over charge rules.
13-for parking the 1st 4 cars will be included and will be a charge of $15 each car more than 4.

It is our honor to share with you our vacation house and we expect you to treat our house the same as your house.
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND INSIDE THE HOUSE OR WITHIN 20 FEET CLOSE BY.
1-Please ask the owner or the manager if you need to use the propane griddle in the kitchen.
2-Please always keep the outside doors or the screens closed to keep the inside temperature and the bugs, flies and rats outside.
3-Please save water by trying your best to limit the shower time or washing as we are on a limited well system.
4-Please use the toilet bidet to minimize the use of the toilet paper and please use the trash box by the toilet as we are on a septic system.
NOTE: we made the initial paper supplies as one paper towel roll in each kitchen and one toilet paper in each bathroom, more consuming will be for extra charge as COD.
5-Please switch off any un used light, fan or AC or heater to save electricity for safety as we are on a limited current and propane capacity.
NOTE: : extra propane usage during winter or to heat the spa will be $5/gallon.
6-Please no food inside rooms and do your best to avoid crumbles on the floor by having a plate under your sandwich to avoid attracting the ants and bugs.
7-Please leave the house tidy and as much as possible clean to avoid extra cleaning charges.
8-Please do not move furniture from its place or ask the staff or owner if needed.
9-Absolutely no friends parties inside the house, and all noises are not allowed after 11 pm.
10-Please be as much courteous to each other and your neighbor.
11-for groups more than 15 guests we need a release of liability. NO EXCEPTIONS.
12- we will need an extra insurance for any events of more than 30 people.
13- please leave the used beds unmade, there will be extra charge on any, missing, stained sheets or towels equal the purchase plus 30%.
14-please keep the outside clean from any trash or recycle.
15- no children is allowed to be in the pool without an adult supervision from the group.
Also please use the two bathroom side doors an the right side of the house.
16-please no shoes on the couches or chairs, any stains will be evaluated and it’s treatment will be deducted from the security deposit.
