The best part of the hotel seems to be the lovely desk staff. He was warm and efficient and i dont hold any of the rest of this against him. But... There are stains on the coverlet and sheets, grime on the bathroom baseboards and mold in the toilet/shower area. Pretty sure there used to be a hairdryer on the wall where the redone drywall is a different shade of white, and there are overall several questionable patches in the walls. We are just stopping to sleep, on the way to a funeral tomorrow. I want to avoid the toilet area because of the mold so I'll shower tomorrow at the next hotel.

first and formost when we arrived and and completed check-in smoothly.. we went to the room they gave us a key card for and the room was occupied by someone who rents weekly and is supposed to check-in with front desk once a week ..apparently she isnt following rules. we go back to front desk to receive a new key card and different room .. finally get a room and to add to our FRUSTRATION we couldnt take bath or shower.. mold and calcium build up around tub and enclosure floors throughout were filthy .. sheets and comforters stained and dirty . remote didnt work and we could only watch one channel on t.v. . the bright side .. next day front desk clerk took 50% off my bill ... said they were remodeling the whole place in the next few weeks.. cleanliness is a issue here

Liked: Traveling with our 65 pound Catahoula Cur we chose this motel because they were pet friendly. Room very clean. Bath tub had a little mildew stain caulking around the bath but no actual mildew. Disappointment was the lack of the continental breakfast or even coffee being available. As we were traveling another 300+ miles today coffee would have been greatly appreciated. As we are now aware of this chain being pet friendly we will use them in the future when ever possible.

Bad Service

Cons: Staff
Location: Great location with lots of places to eat nearby. Close to the interstate
We purchased a two nights stay, checking in Friday, checking out Sunday. We were asked Saturday morning if we were checking out that day. Housekeeping had picked up out towels and would not give us any fresh ones. On sunday morning they were knocking on our door at 7:30 am asking if we were ready to check out. It was stated that the checkout time was 11am. The room was nice, but the staff was terrible!
