Room is on the older side Bedding had stains on them Room was extremely hot Staff was friendly and accommodating We were stuck in snow storm and travel ban was in effect, the front desk person let us stay longer in room and did offer us a discounted rate for extra night if stayed

Our bedspreads had stains on them, the sheets did too! I looked at my pillow and there were 3 black, long hairs on it. Luckily, there was another to swap out with. The person working at the hotel refused to cancel our stay so we reluctantly stayed there over night. They did say we could see another room and relocate but at 12:00 am, that’s a little inconvenient and I’m guessing they were all in the same condition. We did not go to breakfast because we were too grossed out.
