Hard Beds!

The hotel was ok. Near the Sqaure one mall which was nice. The computers in the lobby did not work properly either.

This hotel was very clean

Pros: Free Internet
I had never heard of this hotel before. It was super clean. The floors actually shined in the lobby. The room was a bit small but comfortable.

Terrible Stay

Cons: Too much to list.
Location: Location was fine for our purpose.
I cannot begin to tell you how bad this hotel is. Old and very run down. Just bad. 1. No help to unload and no place to park to unload - hard with kids. 2. Room was not made to specifications even though I called to arrange everything. 3. Fridge in room was broken or did not cool - plus I could not get one another one because we were in a corner room. 4. Broken glass behind the pull out couch. 5. I twice had to ask for the cleaning to come up due to areas that were sticky! Chairs, tables, the broken fridge. 6. Nasty dirty plug for the tub - needed to wash my young kids with that was just terrible. 7. In a far suburb and they charged for parking. 8. No kids breakfast. No waffles or pancakes for the kids - only choice was the buffet. 9. I called a week before to ask if the pool was heated and was told yes - it was freezing. I wish we never booked this place. Will never do it again.

The staff at this hotel made me feel welcome

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet
This is the only hotel in Sauga that I stay in. It's. Very close to square one mall, the 403, fairly close to the 401 & QEW. It's in the heart of Sauga. Will definitely recommend.

Okay but not great

I stayed there on 3 different occasions. Each time the bathroom sink was blocked.

The staff is wonderful!

Pros: Close restaurants, Free Internet, Quiet, breakfast was good - not free though
The staff here is great. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. Even though they couldn't get us a fridge we requested, the manager gave us one of the coolers he bought for the staff. It is very convenient to the convention center and mall!
