This self-contained main-level apartment is only a 15 minute walk from the GO Train station (closer than any hotel!), and only a 20 minute walk from Upper Canada Mall & Southlake Hospital. Perfectly positioned for access to the best parts of Newmarket, in what is considered the most beautiful historic community in the area.

Unlike a modern hotel, this is an older home, which means sometimes the water can come out brownish briefly for example. These things are normal & safe & are all part of the character & charm of the Lilypad!
