The property was very private and clean. We throughly enjoyed the outside space which included an in ground pool. Our dogs had a great time as well. The home is close to everything which includes Ruby Falls, aquarium, etc. as well as shopping and a vast array of restaurants. Thank you Tanya and David for making our vacation a memorable experience. We will be back!

We had an enjoyable stay! 4 kids, 4 Adults, and our puppers. This worked great for us. The kids loved the pool. We didn't have any issues. The only con is that the loft gets quite warm, but the owners have thoughtfully supplied 2 fans, and that worked fine for us. Would stay again.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR CHATTANOOGA/LOOKOUT MTN
This rental is in the PERFECT LOCATION for Lookout Mtn activities and going to explore CHATTANOOGA! This was our first trip to the area! The house was comfy and cozy, and they were well prepared with an extra window unit to aid the central unit to keep it cool! The smart tv for entertainment before bed, and the awesome "lounge and relax" pool & area for daytime relaxing. This home is at the end of a drive and, private and quiet (AND we got to bring 7yo jack Russell Ninja on his very 1st vacay!) This rental will NOT disappoint. We must recommend 1885 and CityCafe for AWESOME eateries! We went to the Aquarium, Ruby Falls, Rock City, and did the Incline Railway. We ran out of time but we wanted to go to the battlegrounds atop Lookout Min! Out of what we DID get to, Rock City was favorite!!!!! And of course every vacation, we enjoy 1 day of thrift store hopping, and Chattanooga has PLENTY!! And no matter what, we came home to a cool, comfortable, relaxing home in a peaceful neighborhood!!And if you need ANYTHING, the owners are easily reached and reply super quick!

Wonderful relaxing holiday
