The pillows smelled of BO, and were way to flat. The staff was very friendly, but won’t stay there in the future

It didn’t have a convention.great location. Great desk clerk who brought us earplugs when the building close by was playing loud music.

I reserved a room wit 2 queen beds. When I checked in and went to my room it was not what I had reserved. The room I was given was 1 king bed that was in a small room. Went back to the reservation desk and the upgraded us to a king suite. We were ok with upgrade but would have like the room I originally booked.
