Manager on duty did not seem capable. We booked 4 rooms as we stay regularly. Tried to have a simple discussion and it felt like a chore. I ended up just agreeing with him as it wasn’t worth engaging. Too bad as it is a beautiful property!

I absolutely love that this hotel has real glasses and coffee cups in the room, not disposable. It has real traditional room service which was amazing. Rooms are impeccable and beautiful. Setting is beautiful. We will definitely be back!!!
