Everything was great about the property besides I having to go to the front desk 3 times to get new keys to the room because of malfunction with the door and manager refused to compensate me for the inconvenience.

We were so impressed at how clean everything was. As soon as you walk into the Holiday Inn, you notice their attempt to welcome you with a beautiful concept , how clean they keep their hotel. The rooms, their linen, towels, etc were among the best we have been supplied with.

Everything was great except for the bathroom. The bottom of the door was rusty and falling apart and some places around the floor/tub area were rusty.
