Beware! Not as advertised

The property was not prepared for guests. The front yard was overgrown with weeds and palm tree debris. The back patio was covered with spider webs and tree debris. The backyard was overgrown. The pool was covered with floating debris and dirt on the bottom, the water was green and cloudy. Inside the house there were spider webs and dead bugs on the window sills and corners of the living room. There were small gnats that collected on the beds and tiny bugs in the sink. There were several dead bugs on the floor. The shower in the primary bathroom wouldn't drain. After two plumbers couldn't fix it the shower backed up with sludge. We had to close off the bathroom and open the windows in the bedroom because of the rank smell. I had to clean the pool multiple times to make it remotely usable, even so we didn't use it. The house has a weird electrical problems that causes all the lights to flicker when an appliance is turned on. The outside trash hadn't been emptied in so long there were black widows and bugs all up in it. The property contact was pleasant and responsive at first but never solved any of the problems and became less responsive as the week went on. I received a small refund from Evolve, without an explanation and had to call them several times for an explanation for the paltry refund. I will definitely stay away from this and other Evolve properties in the future. They don't stand behind their properties and offer properties that aren't fit to rent.

Quiet and relaxing place

We had a quick but fabulous trip for a family wedding in Tucson. We didn't hang out too much in the home but when we did there are plenty of nooks for conversation. This place is conveniently located to the airport and downtown.

Beautiful home in Tucson

Extended family trip Easter and U of A baseball game weekend! We had a great time. The house was very clean . We had a group of 6 (5 girls) so the bathroom situation was interesting. There was plenty of other space in the house to find a quiet place if necessary. Wish it was warm enough to use the pool - it looked amazing. The kitchen was well equiped with everything you could need. The host was very nice and answered any questions/issues very quickly! FYI - we found the kindle. Would definitely stay again!

Great stay for gem shows

Me and a few friends loved the place, location was percect for us to in terms of distance to shows, airport, and fairgrounds. Felt safer than the neighborhood we stayed at closer to the middle of the city last year. A couple even jumped in the pool one day even though it was february! Place was percectly clean when we arrived, though a few of the light switches were inoperable. These were very minor in terms of overall stay and we would definitely stay here again

Terrific Tucson

This property is wonderful and the location suited us perfectly. The area was very quiet and friendly - we sat out each day and heard only the birds or crickets. The pool was also great. The property was well equipped and our needs and expectations were met - we can definitely recommend this property.

Perfect for us.

The house is lovely with areas for everyone to spread out and do their thing. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had most of what we need. It is close to the national park and shopping is close as well. The host was immediately responsive to a question we had. The kitchen has a table for 4 and 2 stools at the kitchen peninsula for eating. The only suggestion we have is that we needed face cloths and dish towels. Since this is a new rental property, those items are probably being added. We loved staying here and would do so again.
